Our Product
PsychNotes has been under development since June of 2004. PsychNotes is an integrated health records system designed to fully support paperless record keeping for modern mental health professionals. PsychNotes began its evolution to its current "productized" form starting in January of 2005 when a robust completely rebuilt version was created and its features have been developed and refined with continuous concurrent testing in a diversified clinical environment at Solutions Psychiatric Associates in Los Gatos California.

PsychNotes was designed by mental health professionals for the use of mental health professionals. The initial concept for the program was created by Wendla A. Schwartz, MD who is a practicing board certified psychiatrist and CEO of American Psychiatric Management Services. PsychNotes has been used by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Marriage and Family Therapists and Office Administrative Staff with great success. PsychNotes can be adapted to the needs of a variety of mental health practices.
