Immediate access to ePOCRATeS drug interaction database

PsychNotes EMR now supports the “ePOCRATeS Online” service.

This connection is available in multiple locations within the software:
• Medications/Drugs Lookup List
• Patient Medication Menu
• Patient Medication Records
• Past Medications Tab on Evaluations
• Medications Tab on Progress Notes

In order to use this feature, you should first subscribe to the “ePOCRATeS Online” service at www.ePOCRATeS.com

Once you have a username and password from ePOCRATeS, you will need to enter it the first time you use the service from within PsychNotes EMR.

Once logged on, you will be good until you are idle for more than 8 hours before you need to log on again. Users can log in from a different machine after the initial session has been idle for more than 10 minutes
