PsychNotesEMR Single Computer Version

In our Single Computer Version a one time fee of $1495.00 is charged for software that you purchase. No ongoing services are provided in terms of back up as you will be handling your data on your own computer and so no monthly fees are charged. You have access to all of the powerful features of PsychNotesEMR but access is limited to one user at a time and to only one computer. Although you may carry a computer, for example a laptop, with you to allow more mobility, the system is not truly remote. However, for sole practitioners and those looking for an introduction to EMR, PsychNotesEMR Single Computer Version is often the perfect choice. If your office has a local area network it is possible to extend this version to work with up to 4 simutaneous users. Please contact us for more information about this. Please note that due to export restrictions the single computer version is not available outside the United States.

PsychNotesEMR Server Based Version

In this Version of PsychNotesEMR all of your data is held on our servers, fully secure and constantly backed up. We maintain your data for you and provide monitoring of the system for a low monthly user fee. Initial costs are nominal and no charges are due unless you elect to keep the subscription after 30 days of use. You have completely remote access and the advantage of access by multiple simultaneous users from your practice. In other words, all of your data on all of your patients, can be accessed anywhere, anytime (provided you have internet access) by any of your staff to whom you give an account and the appropriate permissions. Our Server Based Version is recommended for practices with more than four users and those who desire the most powerful access to our features and tools. Note that we can also install the Server version of PsychNotesEMR on your local server. Please contact us for more information on this.

$98/month for each non-clinical user with no charge for first 30 days
