Follow-up Training

At PsychNotes we pride ourselves on our commitment to continued customer support long after the sale is completed. All of our products are with both initial free technical startup support and the option to purchase additional support after startup.

Automatic Software Updates

Regular upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes and are fully automatic because your data is maintained on our servers. This does not apply to single computer version users.

Disaster Recovery

Multiple layers of backup insure very low probability of data loss. Exposure to loss by natural disaster is virtually eliminated.

Off-Site Backup

If a problem with our main facility occurs we can provide immediate emergency data access at our off-site backup system
