PsychNotesEMR Schedule of Client Support Services

At PsychNotesEMR we pride ourselves on providing the very best technical support possible to allow your practice to flow smoothly at all times.  We offer offer  two levels of support  to choose from depending on your specific needs. Not all practitioners require 24 hour support and at PsychNotesEMR we find that most do very well with the Basic Support Plan. However, please call us if you have questions at 1-877-myemr-04.

Basic Support Plan
6am-6pm PST

For most practices the Basic Support Plan provides for the support needs including phone/email access to PsychNotesEMR administrative and technical support staff during regular hours for an unlimited*  number of incidents during one year. Access to a dedicated technical support telephone number is provided.

* APMS, LLC  reserve the right to limit access to reasonable event occurrences.
  • $850  per year for the first 2 providers.
  • $750  per year per each additional provider
Extended Support Plan
24hrs/day every day
PsychNotesEMR  can provide a dedicated 24 x 7 phone number and email access in addition to the features of Basic Support.
  • $1,950  per year for the first 2 providers
  • $1,850  per year per additional provider (volume discounts apply)

(Please Note: Extended Support Plan Not Available until February 15, 2008.)

Support A-La-Carte: For practices choosing not to enter service agreements, PsychNotesEMR does offer Administrative/Technical Support on an hourly basis. Such services  may be purchased at a rate of $175 per hour in 15 minute increments. Should you wish to utilize our support services in this manner, please complete the form attached allowing us to bill your credit card for services utilized.  Click here to open our Support Authorization Form. Once we receive your form you will be given a dedicated technical support telephone number to access in the event of a problem.
