PsychNotes is designed for use at multiple work stations including standard desktop and notebook computers as well as Tablet PC computers. The use of a Tablet computer allows the clinician the freedom to interact normally with the patient while flexibly accessing all aspects of the medical record just as you would a paper chart. However, unlike papercharts, PsychNotes eliminates the need for flipping back and forth through endless pages "searching" for data that may have been lost weeks, months or years earlier. All necessary data is easily and quickly queried in real time while the patient is still in your office. In addition, all charting is easily completed during patient visits at the point of contact, virtually eliminating the risk of lost data and dramatically improving accuracy of record keeping.
